Our efforts are aligned with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), relevant standards such as EN 301 549, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and other best practices.
Accessible Kiosks in Our Stores
Starting June 29, 2025, our newest in-store kiosks are designed for maximum accessibility and an intuitive user experience. They are easy to use without requiring extensive reach or physical strength, feature clear visual elements, and allow users to connect a personal headset for text-to-speech support. These features ensure everyone can place orders independently. Highlights include:
Magnification Mode : Zooms and magnifies all onscreen content for improved legibility.
Reach Mode : Lowers the upper part of the screen, bringing controls closer for easier access.
Our staff is always available to assist with using the kiosks if needed.
An Improved Mobile App
We have also made our app even more accessible. It now supports both portrait and landscape modes, allowing you to choose the most comfortable display for your device. Additional enhancements include:
Dynamic text resizing, enabling you to adjust text and icon sizes up to 200%.
Visual improvements—including enhanced color contrast.
- Support for screen readers and external keyboards.
You can manage your communication preferences in your account settings or device settings, but some transactional communications may be mandatory.
